Cardiorentis’s lead product candidate, Ularitide, has recently completed its Phase II (SIRIUS I & II) program and it is contemplated that Ularitide will be entering Phase III in late 2010.

Ularitide is a natriuretic peptide composed of 32 amino acid residues. The final product is manufactured under GMP conditions and is packed as a sterile lyophilisate in vials for iv-injection purposes.
